Node Remote offers compatibility with ALLSTAR nodes.

<ul>
 <li>Editable Quick Link buttons for seamless hub connections</li>
 <li>Send pre-defined config commands</li>
 <li>Database search functionality for specific node connections</li>
 <li>Visual transmission and reception indicators</li>
 <li>Support for multiple nodes through individual local accounts</li>
 <li>Direct dial option with known node number</li>
</ul>

To operate the app successfully, users must:

<ol>
 <li>Know their Node's local IP address</li>
 <li>Ensure iPhone/iPad is on the same local network as the Node (unless utilizing port forwarding)</li>
 <li>Utilize username/password from manager.conf file</li>
 <li>Set bindaddr in manager.conf to 0.0.0.0 or add iPhone's local IP</li>
 <li>Note that the default manager port is 5038 but can be adjusted within the app if changed</li>
</ol>
