Node Remote offers compatibility with ALLSTAR nodes.
- Editable Quick Link buttons for seamless hub connections
- Send pre-defined config commands
- Database search functionality for specific node connections
- Visual transmission and reception indicators
- Support for multiple nodes through individual local accounts
- Direct dial option with known node number
To operate the app successfully, users must:
- Know their Node's local IP address
- Ensure iPhone/iPad is on the same local network as the Node (unless utilizing port forwarding)
- Utilize username/password from manager.conf file
- Set bindaddr in manager.conf to 0.0.0.0 or add iPhone's local IP
- Note that the default manager port is 5038 but can be adjusted within the app if changed
